Home Marketing Program
We find the best real estate company and the most appropriate sales associate to sell your employee’s home. This program gets your employee to the new location and focused on the new job more quickly. It also reduces the need for temporary housing and storage of household goods. We work with at least two agents for each of your transferring employees. Each agent provides your employee with a detailed written market analysis. These reports will give the employee insight into current market conditions, competitive listings, condition issues to remedy and a marketing strategy to sell within 120 days.
